ORDERS AND SHIPPING

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is very simple:
-Select the products you wish to purchase and click Add to Cart. A page will open that will allow you to check your cart or proceed with your purchase.
- Log in to your profile if you are already registered on the site, entering your credentials and completing any missing information.
Your information will be saved automatically once you complete the checkout process. Alternatively, you can enter your email and complete the registration at a later time.
- Choose your payment method (credit card or Paypal) and confirm your order.

Can I place an order via email?

I want to change the shipping address associated with my account. How can I do this?

To change the shipping address associated with your account, simply login to the site, click on login and then on personal data. You will then be able to edit your information. Remember to click on edit to save your changes.

When will my goods arrive?

Delivery is generally made in 10-15 business days after the courier takes delivery.

Is it possible to place an order with overseas shipping?

How can I proceed with payment?

On the shopping cart page you can choose the desired form of payment from those proposed:

  • - Credit Card (Si Card, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and PostePay)
  • - PayPal
  • - Satispay
Cash on delivery and or bank transfer payments are not possible.
Is credit card payment secure?

Dal Toscano guarantees maximum security in your payments. All data is transferred in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate and therefore cannot be intercepted by external parties.

Is site registration required to place an order?

No, registration is not essential for the purpose of purchase.

How do I register on the site?

You can register by clicking on the Sign In button or on the shopping cart page at the time of purchase. Once you fill out the form and confirm your purchase your account will be created automatically.

How do I login?

On the Home Page click on Login and enter the e-mail address and personal password you defined when registering for the site.

I am already registered, how do I change my information?

You can edit them by logging in and accessing the My Account area.

I forgot my login password. How can I do that?

Don't worry, you can easily create a new password: Click Login and enter your e-mail address in Forgot your password. We will e-mail you a link to a page, where you can set a new password.

RETURNS.

I received a defective product. Can I return it?

If the product you purchased has defects, please report the problem, attaching order number and photographs of the reported defect, to our Customer Service Department at shop@daltoscano.com who will be at your disposal to agree on how to replace the product. If replacement is not possible, we will refund what you paid.

I received a different product than the one I ordered. What should I do?

If the product you purchased is different from the one you ordered, please report the problem to our Customer Service Department, who will be available to you to proceed with a product replacement.

I am having second thoughts and wish to return a product from my online order. What should I do?

If for any reason one or more products purchased through the site are not to your liking, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, by returning, free of charge, the products ordered no later than 14 days, by contacting us, at the following address: shop@daltoscano.com
Returns of items that have been used, with damaged and/or missing packaging will not be accepted.
